Tropical Glamping Nusa Penida is making waves on Instagram and TikTok with travellers who can’t get enough of the jaw-dropping view and death-defying seat.
The bungalow, dubbed ‘Cliff’s Edge’, sleeps two and is found on the island of Nusa Penida near Bali, which is only accessible by boat.

It boasts whimsical bamboo interiors, inclusive breakfast, indoor and outdoor showers as well as the panoramic ocean view, where visitors will enjoy frequent sightings of turtles and manta rays.
The home is extremely popular on AirBnB, with a 4.95 star rating and more than 170 reviews.
Those who have stayed there describe it as the most ‘luxurious destination they have ever visited’, ‘incredible’ and ‘one for the books’.
One traveller, Travel with Jaro, shared a video showing the cliffside drop to its full potential.
He wrote: ‘Can’t believe we almost fell off! One of Bali’s most beautiful AirBnBs, Tropical Glamping has to be one of my favorite places to stay in.. for very clear reasons. Who’s down?!’

Another reviewer on AirBnB wrote: ‘A once in a lifetime experience’.
A second added: ‘The view is even better than the pictures. I could spend an entire week just sitting on the net and look at the cliffs, the ocean, the birds, the monkeys, and manta rays’.
While a third wrote: ‘This Villa is beautiful! Left me and my partner speechless’.

While many can’t get enough of the view, others have said they think it looks dangerous and said they wouldn’t trust themselves out there

Others explained that the hammock is actually perched a few metres above some bushes and rocks, rather than immediately above the massive drop to the bottom of the cliff
Not everyone, however, thought the AirBnB was well-suited to them:
‘My dumb*ss would fall off that ledge, I do not trust myself lol,’ one person wrote underneath one Instagram snap.
