· Very nice hotel, nice surroundings and view from the baclony. The guy on reception was very friendly and eager to help out in any way he could. And I appreciated the gesture of good will to resolve any issues. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

· Everything was fantastic; Mr. Phuc was absolutely fantastic from check in with cold cloths and drinks, to check out with luggage storage and full use of facilities until we left! he was fantastic in helping organize and inform us about different tours and things to do around Tam Coc. the location of the property was also perfect, situated pretty much in the middle and walking distance to most things. we have travelled for 3 months in Asia and this was one of our favourite places to stay!!! would definitely recommend….stay on the third floor and the view of the mountains is phenomenal 😀

· The location was great, just 100m to the Tam Coc River paddle. The staff were great and very helpful. The pool was lovely and the pool sign was entertaining! The rooms were comfortable and lovely. Our room had a view of the mountains and our friend had a beautiful villa.

· Breakfast but the cooked eggs and omelette or pho were good.
