· The breakfast was an American breakfast buffet. You can choose to sit inside or outside but if you choose outside, watch out for birds, chickens, cats, or dogs. Regardless of where you sit, you can still see the beach and ocean from any restaurants at the hotel. One of the restaurant staff, Tatiana made me and my 7-year-old daughter very special. Every time we are at the restaurant she will greet us with our names, beautiful smile, and great service.
Disliked
· A sense of urgency would be nice. I understand the “island life” but if there is an emergency or just something that is urgent, I feel the staff is not equipped with the knowledge of what needs to be done in a timely manner. -

· The breakfast there was so much to choose from. The staff are so kind. I loved the snorkeling see all the beautiful coral and fish even swam with turtles. The room was amazing and love being able to see the fish through the floor. sitting on the deck and enjoying the view of the lagoon and mountains.
