Facilities, location, and breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming.

Forcing staff to wear masks and breathe Co2 constantly. Why? This has been abandoned almost everywhere, and it was painful to see them forced to do this. Also the wifi is far too strong at 5ghz, with 4 access points on every floor blasting EMFs 24/7. I am sensitive to EMFs and this gave me a headache and interfered with my sleep. I am a tech professional and am confident in saying 2.4 ghz is enough. I would even pay a premium to be on a floor with wifi turned off!

Breakfast was horrible. I see no reason to have a club floor when it entitles you to nothing. Carpet in room needed to be cleaned. Shower was impossible, flooded the bathroom. Most irritating was no hot water most mornings. The pool area is small and the chairs have no cushions!

Very modern property with with all the facilities. Hotel is close to local shops and night life. Room was fantastic, I was given a suite on top floor but my friends were staying on other floors in standard rooms. Their rooms were perfect too. I would definitely stay there again.

There were signs about the street crimes in the area which could make you a bit uncomfortable. I personally didn’t notice anything wrong (touch wood).
