The customer service was non existent.There is no reception area, just an outdoor counter at the driveway. The two young receptionists were too busy on their phones and appeared inconvenienced as I checked in. I booked two tents, both were not clean and had a pungent smell. The bath tub had not cleaned, vinyl floor was peeling, blood on toilet tiles, crumbs in carpet, toilet broken, hair in bed, very poor attitude from both staff. Best part of our stay was when we checked out.
