Cleanliness and general outlook of the gardens and pools, cosy cottage with balcony (see pictures: we loved our Thai breakfast served on our private balcony!), friendliness of owner and staff, great service

Communication was a bit difficult due to a lack of Thai skills on our side and missing English skills on the other side; location on booking.com is not the actual location of the property, was tricky to find and had to ask several local people to find it (look out for the sign in the uploaded picture, there is a also really good restaurant just two doors down)
