Scenery surrounding the accommodation is amazing! You are surrounded by limestone mountains and nature. Location is good situated very closely to the two main attractions of Mua Caves and Trang An boat tours. We could use free bicycles and rent a moped for the day for a very reasonable price. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and great bathroom/shower. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend

really comfy beds, spacious room, beautiful surroundings. the staff were amazing… me & my partner both got sick on our last day here they were quick to help us, going to the shops to get supplies for us & delivering it to our room. they also let us have the room way past the usual check out time.

we booked this accommodation because of the good reviews we read on booking but we could not agree at all with the scores. Even tough the location is beautiful and the rooms itself were clean and nice enough, the service was NOT up to standards at all (FYI we booked for 4 nights). – they have 5 beds (which are all falling apart and not comfortable at all) at the pool in total while the accommodation has way more guests staying at the accommodation – they say they have an open restaurant from 8 AM to 8 PM but when we wanted to have lunch at 3 PM this was not possible. the restaurant itself is also very very basic. – my dad wanted a coffee at 10 PM but there was no coffee available which is just a case of making a pot so it’s just ridiculous – the towels we received had holes in them – there is mold on the roofs in the bathroom – there was construction going on on the first day we were there which was very noisy and went on till 10 PM – the second day there was a school tour with local children who terrorized the area and pool (literally scared guests away from relaxing there) and they did not communicate this visit from them with us – the last day there was some dirt in the pool which they were cleaning but we could not use the pool and again no communication at all while we were literally sitting at the pool – breakfast is okay but very minimal and the same every day Even tough we told almost all of this to the reception employee, there was nothing they did to make our stay better or to change the broken beds or towels etc. Overall it was a very bad experience and ruined Ninh Binh for us a bit. It’s a very expensive accommodation and definitely not worth your money.

Not even near the score it has on Google to be fair. This accommodation is very expensive for Vietnam’s standards although the service they offer is very poor. If you are wishing to spend this amount of money, like we were, you can definetely find better places nearby. Apart from the nice room and good location everything else is below average. We were especially concerned about the fact that the staff doesn’t speak any English (basic level), they are not friendly (not even to the local guides), no room service is provided, the breakfast is very minimal. Worst stay so far in Vietnam
