Not even near the score it has on Google to be fair. This accommodation is very expensive for Vietnam’s standards although the service they offer is very poor. If you are wishing to spend this amount of money, like we were, you can definetely find better places nearby. Apart from the nice room and good location everything else is below average. We were especially concerned about the fact that the staff doesn’t speak any English (basic level), they are not friendly (not even to the local guides), no room service is provided, the breakfast is very minimal. Worst stay so far in Vietnam

The location was fantastic. It’s a little out of the way but it is beautiful. It’s pretty much halfway between tam coc and trang an so it is very convenient for those activities. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The pool is very nice too. It’s a great place to relax and unwind.

They seemed to be quite short on staff and the manager seemed to be under a lot of pressure. They ran out of food at breakfast a few times. Someone needs to keep an eye on what’s getting used up and who is coming for breakfast.

– the village is in the middle of nowhere, we can’t call a Grab there, there is no road on the app (the host can call you a taxi) – we rent bycicles, both were rusty, one of them broke and became unusable. we had to came back at the hotel one hour by walking with the bikes next to us from Tam Coc – we stayed for 2 nights. In the day we arrived, we left our laundry for cleaning. They said it will be ready next day. next day at 11 PM o’clock, we didn’t have the laundry. I went to the reception and I think the host forgot about it… she asked me if I need it right now, I was like ‘I want to pack my luggage today not tommorow morning at 6 AM’ (we were leaving at 7AM). She promised she would bring me by 7AM next morning and she did it … but not nice. the first day they told a thing and they couldn’t keep it. – the last thing I didn’t like, but the most important is that WE FOUND IN THE ROOM RAT DROPPINGS (poop) … we slept with the light open, we were afraid if it would come back at night.. swe couldn’t enjoyed staying in the room when we find that. also if you leave the door open even for a min, the insects would enter the room Finally, I don’t recommand this stay. Far away from everything, not safe with the rats, broken bycicles. I stayed in Vietnam for 3 weeks, this is the most expensive hotel that I stayed in (by night, excepting the Halong Bay cruise) and it was the worst by any means

Great breakfast options. Wonderful spot to ride around the local area from. Bikes available for your use anytime. Friendly, hard working staff, and very unique villas to stay in. Loved the goats high in the hills above the resort.

It would be nice if the grounds staff would pick up the litter that is visible out each window at the back of the units. Would be nice if that area was a bit tidier.
