· The property is very well laid out with duplex units on the river, lake or garden. All very nice. The bath is spacious and the little deck nice to enjoy the views. The pool is large although too shallow on one side. Great for the toddlers. The breakfast is good if it’s the buffet but if you order by menu just so so. Restaurant serves nicely prepared dishes at resort prices. Thr staff as usual in Vietnam is eager to help. We arrived by rented scooter and had some trouble with it. Three guys were omit and had the problem
fixed in a jiffy.

· After two years of Covid you can see the maintenance is behind. The second day we were there the breakfast was by menu.
Although we ordered the night before the restaurant staff seemed clueless as to what to serve us. The staff were all very young and more than likely inexperienced. Not an
insurmountable problem and to be honest we were the odd man out not speaking Vietnamese. Oh, massages were twice what you’d pay in most places we’ve stayed
from Sa Pa to Ho Chi Minh. -
