· très bel établissement sur flanc de colline. Très bien entretenu. Service de navette très efficace, on appelle la réception dès qu’on en a besoin. Le plus les “hot springs”, 2 piscines alimentées d’eau de source chaude.

· Le service au restaurant devrait être amélioré. Le personnel ne parle pas suffisamment l’anglais et ne comprend pas grand chose. Une formation s’avère nécessaire, le personnel montre de la bonne volonté et il est certain que les choses iront dans le bon sens. -

· Bể bơi khoáng nóng, nhà gỗ và các vật liệu thân thiện môi trường. Nhân viên rất chuyên nghiệp.

· Cần có thêm dưỡng tóc tại khu tắm khoáng giống như trên phòng. Cần thêm khu xông hơi. -
