Liked
· The hotel staff was amazing! Very helpful and available to answer questions. The hotel itself was very clean, the rooms were nice sized, and the AC worked well. The kitchen had enough equipment to make breakfasts and a couple of dinners for my family.
Disliked
· The main area of the hotel (living room, kitchen) is not cooled with AC. It wasn’t horrible, but it was still sweaty! My only real concern is that the door into the hotel is always unlocked, and wide open 95% of the time. From a safety point, I would prefer that it wasn’t open all of the time. -

· very friendly and helpful host family. helped us a lot in getting knowing about the area and booking activities.
Disliked
· it is about 15 minutes walk from sunset beach where many water activities can be arranged. We didn’t mind the walk because we like to walk and hike. For people do not like walk, this may be a disadvantage. -

· The staff was very kind and helpful. it’s similar to a hostel in that it’s a big house with a central kitchen. some of the rooms have a mini refrigerator, some have a shared bathroom, and some have air conditioning. You should be clear about what kind of room you have. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the grocery store and 10 minutes to a resort with a private beach that you can pay to enter. the shared kitchen is really nice and well-equipped. we cooked most meals there for our family of 6.
Disliked
· the public beach is fairly far walking – about 20-25 minutes- but if you have a car that’s not as much of an issue. they have one electric bicycle you can use but that’s not as helpful for a family. -
Liked
· Location was great for Les Tip beach and the Holy Steak Restaurant. There are a couple other places you can walk to but you will need a car/scooter to get around. The host was nice and helped me rent a car. Bikes are available for free. I was also able to use laundry facilities free of charge as well. Great balcony that overlooks the ocean. Clean room.

· The kitchen was a little messy from the guests before me presumably. -

· Friendly hostess, easy to spot from the road. Walked into the pearl shop below to ask for the guesthouse, and she directed us to the correct parking spot behind the house. Filtered water available. Great recommendations for public beach in the area (which are hard to find)
Disliked
· No AC in our room. Looked out over a steakhouse which was loud at night and smelled of steak. Pretty much need a car to stay here; no places to really walk around and shop or grab something to eat (unless you want to go to the steakhouse on the hill)
