We had a really nice stay at Koh Phaluai Beach Bungalow.. The owners were great and arranged really nice trekking tours on the island and nice visits to the other islands in the national psrk. We also had a great barbecue on the beach. I can highly recommend this place, if you would like ro explore Phaluai and the national park

Great Location, directly at the beach with no other tourists around. great staff, trying their best to make everything you need possible. it was very quite there which was perfect to relax

it was very difficult to get there! the very important information that there is not a ferry every day is very hard to find. when we contacted the owners of the bungalows they send us the ferry schedule (it was not possible to find it online) which said that there is not on ferry that a ferry to ko phaluai. when we wanted to book a longtail boat (which they recommended to us) they told us the evening before our arrival that, due to the weather, no longtail boat could pick us up. we then had to spontaneously find an organization that offers tours though ang thong national park with a short break at phaluai so we could get off there. it was very expensive and stressful to find a boat on such short notice! I would definitely recommend contacting the owners before (!) you book anything and only book for days on which a ferry can get you on the island.
