This is the best place ever! The owner is the kindest most helpful host we have ever had. He was waiting to pick us up at 4:00am when we arrived (for free) and dropped us off at our bus for free when we left. He helped us plan our activities and let us check in at 4:00am even though he only charged us for 1 night. He also rented us a scooter for free and recommended where to go riding and have dinner! The accommodation itself is fantastic, very comfortable bed and room, and clean with strong air conditioning as well as a cute atmosphere and nice view. They fed us a fantastic breakfast every morning included as well. Also great to have a pool in the heat. Highly recommend anyone visiting Phong Nha to stay at Hung Phat, it is the best!

I LOVED THIS PROPERTY !! you have to book this place, from the pick-up/drop off at the bus stop at 4 am to the complimentary breakfast every morning, the easy moped rental and the most gorgeous rooms ever !! I do not have a bad word to say, the host Mr Son is the most hospitable man, he cannot do enough for you!! He can book tours for you, buses, free bicycles, order pizza for you, truly anything you need !!

Amazing hospitality by the boss! Our sleeper bus reach Phong Nha at morning 4am and he was awake waiting to pick us up at the bus stop. He tried to make us feel comfortable while waiting at the lobby for our room to be ready for check in. They also serve homely breakfast every morning (omelette which the boss prides a lot on and traditional viet coffee) 🙂
