Everything, this is a small piece of romantic paradise. Staff have struggles communicating with you in English but soon as you speak they call someone who is good at English and you can converse that way. We had no issues here at all and the staff are attentive, kind and happy to help! Beautiful place and good value for money. River views and they offer trips to the caves through them.

This was a beautiful, quaint little place just outside the main part of town, yet easily walking or biking distance. There was a beautiful view from the patio to watch the sunset over the mountain and right on the river. The bungalows were cute, adequate space, comfy beds, hot shower. We arrived late in the evening, but they were able to arrange comfortable private transport from the airport, and then serve us dinner. The included breakfast was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Phong Nha was a mid-point in our trip and they were able to wash and dry our laundry. Yen also arranged a motorbike for us to use one day (when the key fell out somewhere on our ride, she was able to get a new one to us – we found the key on the road on the way back though!). Bicycles were provided so we could ride through town. They also arranged our departure bus ahead of time and drove us to the bus stop at 6:45am, grabbing us fresh baked bread for breakfast on the way. The price is very reasonable, for a private, quiet place on the river – and once again – the staff is exceptional. Great respite from the craziness of the bigger cities.

Everything was great, but just a small nit is that the toilet seat was the wrong size and kept slipping sideways and the toilet paper holder was broken. No big deal though.

Lovely view of the mountains and the river right in front of the villas. Jerry is amazing, she helped us with whatever we wanted,train tickets,being met at the station,renting us a motorbike and giving us directions to where we wanted to go, we could not have done it without her

Lovely little property on the river, with friendly staff (language barrier issues were easily worked through). They let us arrive early and sit outside while the room was prepared. Location is a little far to walk to the main area and businesses, but easily doable if you have time. Nice room and bathroom. The entire floor will get wet from the shower but that is common in Vietnam. Highly recommend for the low price.
