Helen Skelton shows off her sensational figure in a black bikini as she relaxes in a hot-tub while Dan Walker cooks up a meal in new Channel 5 glamping series

Helen Skelton looked nothing short of sensational as she showed off her amazing figure in a black bikini as she filmed a new Channel 5 series.

The presenter, 40, was seen sipping a glass of wine while relaxing in a hot tub in the skimpy swimwear.

She was joined by Dan Walker for the new programme which follows the pair embark on an epic trip through the backbone of Britain, the Pennines.

The BBC stars spent the night at a glamping hotspot in the teaser clip which premiered on Monday evening.

Dan was seen beaming as he cooked on the BBQ wearing a pair of black sunglasses.

Helen shouted to Dan: ‘I’ve always said you are a gentleman Dan Walker.’

‘I’ll let you know when it’s ready,’ Dan called back.

Helen teased: ‘Keep it down a little bit, I’m just enjoying the birdsong. I don’t like mine too burnt it that alright?’

Dan joked: ‘Shut up.’

The duo tucked into pork chops as they relaxed in the outdoor setting.

During the series, Helen and Dan will meet a sheep farmer and she is later forced to face her fears as they paddle through a canal.

Dan also will open up about his near-death bike crash and the daily struggles he faces following the accident.

The preview comes after Helen broadcasted her final show for BBC Radio 5 Live after a year in her Sunday morning slot.

The TV and radio star, who has allegedly come under fire from bosses for plugging brands during her time working for the BBC, bid an emotional farewell to listeners on Sunday as she explained she wanted to spend more of her weekend with her children.

Talking to her her fellow 5 Live presenter Steve Crossman, Helen, with her voice breaking said: ‘I am not alright about it but needs must. The juggle is real.’

The star, who split from the father of her children last year, added that she wanted to be around to see her children at their weekend sports fixtures, telling listeners that ‘there is an eight-year-old with a sideline who needs me’.

Later, as she ended her show Helen said she has ‘loved every minute of the past year … thank you to all the team and thank you to all of you. Its hard to know what to say without getting emotional!’

Helen is a mum of three, sharing her children – Ernie, eight, Louis, five, and 16-month-old daughter Elsie – with ex husband Richie Myler.

The television presenter announced her split from England and Leeds Rhinos rugby league star Richie, 33, in April last year.

Helen took over from Laura Whitmore on her BBC Radio Sunday show last August. Next Sunday, coverage of the Women’s World Cup final will be broadcast in the timeslot.
